Job Description

Elite Pacific Builders is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to support both commercial and residential construction projects across the Greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate is experienced in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure competitive, high-quality proposals.

What You’ll Do
– Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for residential and commercial projects.
– Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and requirements.
– Obtain and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
– Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to develop accurate budgets and schedules.
– Identify value engineering opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
– Maintain organized records of bids, proposals, and cost databases.
– Participate in pre-bid meetings and assist in proposal presentations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
– 3–5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator in both residential and commercial sectors.
– Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor, and cost analysis.
– Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical documents.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
– Excellent communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
– Degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
