Elite Pacific Builders is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in the Greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects from start to finish. You will oversee all phases of residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
– Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects.
– Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and suppliers.
– Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
– Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
– Communicate closely with clients to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
– Oversee safety compliance and implement company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
– Proven track record in managing residential and commercial projects.
– Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
– Excellent written and verbal communication.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling, and budget tracking software.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
